Why does the gauge need constant 12 volt power if it's only being used while the car is turned on????

If you are installing multiple glowshift gauges (x3) can you consolidate all the yellows with the yellows, the reds with the reds, orange with orange and have them connected to one expandable circuit fuse per color? So basically all the yellows would be connected together and then inserted into 1 constant power? And so on and so forth with the other colors?

I installed your combo adapter/snubber valve on a 12V cummins, and it was faulty right out of the box. Rapid 8-10psi fluctuations. I’ve installed an adjustable 1/8 needle valve since then and that has been perfect and will never wear out. Highly recommend to anyone. I used glowshifts basic adapter without the snubber valve for that one. I created a video for it for RUclips.

Lets say thats i already have oil temp gauge installed, how would i install my other 2 gauges if i already used 3 expandable fuse for my first gauge alone?

Does it go on the inlet hose or the outlet hose? Some cars have reverse cooling.

Easy install. 3 gauges with pillar pod. Had a bad sensor wire out of the box and GS customer service sent a replacement quickly (great customer service). Used the small orange wire with black stripe on the back of the headlight switch (early 1997 F350 PS) for my dimmer connection. I did not drill my OEM trim. Wires tucked (used a 4 ga. GS wire harness) and ran neatly in the room between the GS supplied pillar and the OEM trim. Wires hid well between the truck dash and kick panel and cannot be seen.

Would it be unheard of to develop a leak in the tubing for the EGT gauge? Not being a smartass, just a thought.

Might want to invest n a camera with zoom but I must say I have the exact same wire strippers and how n the hell did I make it 46 years without that style n my life?!? I’d strip wires with my teeth b4 I’d ever go back to the ol style strippers! 😳😂

Ill have to send a pitcture of my 6.5 to Glow shift when I get the truck done I bought a dash mount 3 gauge pod and I fiberglassed and modled it into my dash on my 98 chevy I then smoothed out the rest of the dash pained it base coat clear cloat big job truck is slowly coming together defiently putting Glow shift gauges in hope to take the truck to a few shows could possibly be niced 6.5 turbo diesel in Saskatchewan when im done maby even all of canada seens everyone hates them and don fix them up

can the harness be cut to length?

he didn't splice the black wire first before adding the locking tap. which means the tap and the copper inside the wire are not making contact...? am i missing something?
